How our app accesses, collects, uses, and shares user data.This include:

1. Accessing your real-time location in background which is the core function of the App to share with the admin of the Soilsol Projects Company to track their employees location during the office hours sice there are multiple projects are going on across different part of India..

To provide enhanced location-based services, our app collects your GPS coordinates, even when the app is running in the background. This background tracking is necessary to confirm that employee is working in the assigned construction site during the working hours. However user can disable background location access at any time by adjusting your device's settings.

2. During the process of registration, we collect your personal data including name, gender, address and mobile number only for the purpose of the basis information required for the core functionality of the App.

3. This data will not be share with any third party or not going to utilized for any commercial activities, nor advertisement or promotion.

4. In case the user want to delete the information provided during the registration can write an email to bd@tecvertex.com to complete delete the records from our database. The same request will be processed with in 24 hours of receiving the email request and will share the acknowledgement with the requested user/person.

5. In case the user doesn't use the App more than 12 months, the data will be deleted from our database and cannot be accesses or restored/retrieved. And/or Admin removes the employee as and when the employee resings from the organization.

Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

The features of the App requires following information/data to access from your device. Soilsol App would like to access below features

1. App would like to access Location/GPS : To record the exact location of the employee by the employee to improve the productivity if the employees and avoid losses of man hours.

2. Background Tracking Disclosure: Soilsol app collects location data in the background, even when the app is not actively being used. The app may continue to collect your location data when it is running in the background. This background location access is necessary and most crucial of the company to improve the labours/employee productivity by not loosing man hours.

Requests for permission and APIs that access sensitive information

This App requests for permission and APIs that access sensitive information that make sense to users. This App only request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information that are necessary to implement current features or services in Soilsol App that are promoted in Google Play listing. Soilsol App doesn't not use permissions or APIs that access sensitive information that give access to user or device data for undisclosed, unimplemented, or disallowed features or purposes. Personal or sensitive data accessed through permissions or APIs that access sensitive information may never be sold nor shared for a purpose facilitating sale.

Request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information to access data in context (via incremental requests), so that users understand why your app is requesting the permission. Use the data only for purposes of core functionality of the App.

Restricted Permissions : Location Permissions Since the core function of the App is to share the location with the family members, the App is using the Restricted permissions.
These permissions are due to the following additional requirements and restrictions:
1. Accessing location in the foreground & background as core function of the App only after the consent initiation by the user itself.
2.The use of foreground & background service are initiated as a continuation of an in-app, user-initiated action
3.The use of foreground & background service will be be terminated immediately after the application completes the intended use case of the user-initiated action.

Based on whether you are a Visitor, Customer or User, the type of data we collect and the purpose for which we use it will differ as mentioned hereinafter-

Contact information

We might collect information including but not limited to your name, email, mobile number, phone number, location, street, city, state, pin-code, country and IP address other necessary details of you or your representative.

Payment and billing information

We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method. We Never collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website.

Information you post

We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site.

We may collect demographic information about you, services you like, services you intend to buy, services you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Emails that you send and receive for the purpose of reading them to sync with your Leads, if you have opted to sync your email with your Soilsol App account using our Email Sync App. If you do choose to activate SMS and Call Log parsing or E-mail Sync to improve your experience, you can be sure that we will never collect or store any information that does not pertain to Leads.
Credit Card/Debit Card/Other Payment Mode information to check your financial qualifications, detect fraud and facilitate payments for our Services.
If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using.
We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us.
We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, location or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

Soilsol App does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails, To stop receiving our promotional emails, click on the unsubscribe link in marketing email. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems account once you have used that same.
