Comprehensive Disclosure :
How our app accesses, collects, uses, and shares user data.
This include:
1. Accessing your realtime location in background which is the core function of the App to share with the relatives or parent whenever you as a user click or touches the SoS help button.

This process of getting your personal data of your current location is important to share with the list of person whom you have added in your own emergency contact list. These people will receive the sms having your location in google map link to reach your place to provide the medical support.

2. Duing the process of registration,we collect your personal data including name, gender, address and mobile number only for the purpose of the basis information required for the core functionality of the App.

3. This data will not be share with any third party or not going to utilized for any commercial activities,nor advertisement or promotion.
4. In case the user want to delete the information provided during the registration can write an email to bd@tecvertex.com to complete delete the records from our database. The same request will be processed with in 24 hours of receiving the email request and will share the acknowledgement with the requested user/person.

5. Incase the user doesn't use the App more than 12 months, the data will be deleted from our database and cannot be accesses or restored/retrieved.

Requests for permission and APIs that access sensitive information

This App requests for permission and APIs that access sensitive information that make sense to users. This App only request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information that are necessary to implement current features or services in Medistat Seizure app that are promoted in Google Play listing. Medistat Seizure App doesn't not use permissions or APIs that access sensitive information that give access to user or device data for undisclosed, unimplemented, or disallowed features or purposes. Personal or sensitive data accessed through permissions or APIs that access sensitive information may never be sold nor shared for a purpose facilitating sale.

Request permissions and APIs that access sensitive information to access data in context (via incremental requests), so that users understand why your app is requesting the permission. Use the data only for purposes of core functioanlity of the App.

Restricted Permissions : Location Permissions Since the core function of the App is to share the location with the family members, the App is using the Restricted permissions.
These permissions are due to the following additional requirements and restrictions:
1. Accessing location in the foreground & background as core function of the App only after the consent initiation by the user itself.
2.The use of foreground & background  service are initiated as a continuation of an in-app, user-initiated action
3.The use of foreground & background service will be be terminated immediately after the application completes the intended use case of the user-initiated action.

 WHAT DATA WE MAY COLLECT

Based on whether you are a Visitor, Customer or User, the type of data we collect and the purpose for which we use it will differ as mentioned hereinafter-                

We may collect demographic information about you, services you like, services you intend to buy, services you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also. 

  1. How you behave in the relevant product environment and use the features;

     
  2. How you behave on the Website, (what pages you land on, how much time you spend, etc.);
     
  3. What device you use to access the Website/App and its details (model, operating system, etc.);

  7. SMSs that you send or receive on your Device from your existing and prospective customers (“Leads”) if you have opted for the same in the relevant section of the App;
     
  8. Phone call logs to record your call activities with Leads (i.e. call time, duration, phone number of relevant Lead) if you have opted for the same in the relevant section of the App; and
     
  9. Emails that you send and receive for the purpose of reading them to sync with your Leads, if you have opted to sync your email with your MyDCR App account using our Email Sync App. If you do choose to activate SMS and Call Log parsing or E-mail Sync to improve your experience, you can be sure that we will never collect or store any information that does not pertain to Leads.
  10. Credit Card/Debit Card/Other Payment Mode information to check your financial qualifications, detect fraud and facilitate payments for our Services.
     
  11. If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using.
     
  12. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us.
     
  13. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, location or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. 

HOW AND WHY WE USE IT

  1. To contact you
    We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of a purchase on our website or for other promotional purposes or for better services.

     
  2. To respond to your requests or questions
    We might use your information to confirm your registration for a service. We collect customer/user data in order to help you register for and facilitate provision of our Services.

In the event you report an issue with a Service, we may also screen/video record your Device only when you use the App for a limited time period to help us better understand how to address the issue.

    MyDCR App advertisements or re-market our Services/Products using services from third-parties like…………... Facebook and Google. We will occasionally send you emails regarding changes or updates to the Service that you are using. 

We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our website.

If you are a Customer, please be advised that: (i) you will need to inform your Leads about how you store and deal with any data you collect from them using one of our Services, in compliance with applicable laws including the GDPR; and (ii) after you terminate your usage of a Service, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all data provided or collected by you (including Lead information) from our servers.
